Helped to create a new, dynamic, boundary-pushing team at the Visa Innovation Studio in New York. There, I worked hand in hand with partners from diverse industry backgrounds, inspiring the inception and design of new product concepts through discoveries and co-creations.

We used Human Centered Design and Service Design to bring to life novel experiences on top of emerging technologies aiming to reduce friction in their payment solutions.

- Led the 1st phase of a major transformation project aiming to convert the entire platform (www.merrilledge.com) to responsive design.  
- Designed and prototyped all the main screens for tablet and mobile, simplifying large forms, menus, and datasets for handsets.

- Worked on several products, including Search, Spending Limits, Corporate Rewards, Reporting, Status Tracking and several other actions that can be taken through the platform, which is available in more than 20 different countries.
- Heavily involved in Research (Focus Groups, Interviews and Usability Tests), Design (Wireframes and Visuals), User Stories, Functional Specifications and Prototyping.

- Led the UX Design strategy for the Marketing Central User Interface at Amex. The project is focused on combining all marketing capabilities under a single central platform, that will allow end-to-end management and overview of campaigns, reports, terms and conditions, etc.
- Conducted research (Focus Groups, Shadowing, A/B and User tests), Design (User flows and Wireframes), User Stories, Functional Specifications and Prototyping.

- Led the development of Wireframes and Digital assets for NYU data visualization dashboards.
- Work closely with the business and backend teams as the primary UX contact.

- Independent project for the MET Media Lab, focusing on Way Finding. The project aimed to help visitors identify their location inside the museum and travel from one gallery to another using the fastest path available.
- User research, personas, wireframes, mockups
- Prototyping in Javascript, HTML and CSS
- 3D Scanning and Printing experimentation with art pieces from the museum collection

- Wireframes(in Axure), functional specifications, user tests, card sorting, personas, information architecture, layouts and html development.
- Co-led business requirements gathering, prototype and implementation of new corporate enterprise portal serving 100,000 employees. The 2-year project consolidated 340 disparate internal websites into a single, unified smart platform with consistent layout and navigation. The system increased efficiency firm-wide by 8,5%.
