Embarking on a new phase of my career journey, I am currently spearheading projects focused on international markets at eBay. My primary focus involves implementing real-time translation solutions leveraging machine translation technologies, and enhancing the eBay experience for users across our global buying hub countries. This includes localization efforts to ensure a unified experience across diverse markets.

Within this role, I oversee roadmap reviews, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and develop product strategies to optimize the international user experience. My journey entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions that resonate with our global customer base.

In my role within the Buyer Experience organization, I lead Trust and Confidence for the German Enterprise Initiative. I formulate product strategy, drive product discovery, oversee cross-domain solution development, and manage Agile/Scrum processes. Ensuring alignment of product strategy with organizational goals, I foster innovation. In cross-functional collaboration, I navigate complexities, ensuring seamless solution development. Expertly managing Agile and Scrum processes, I drive efficiency and quality in project execution.

In addition to these responsibilities, a notable achievement is my contribution to launching eBay Lokal in September 2023. This initiative empowers users to seamlessly sell and buy locally, offering a convenient pickup option for their items. This successful launch reflects my commitment to driving impactful projects and enhancing the overall buyer experience.

As a dynamic leader in software development projects, I harnessed my expertise in Scrum and Agile methodologies to propel our team forward. I orchestrated impactful Sprint Review, Design, and Planning sessions, refining workflows and optimizing processes. Adept at translating complex product requests into clear user stories, I bridged communication gaps and facilitated efficient development. Managing stakeholder relationships and priorities, I ensured alignment with the product roadmap, playing a pivotal role in maximizing value and user satisfaction. In my impactful role at Gravis, I also played a key part in successfully contributing to and launching Gravis Abo on the online shop. This achievement was realized through collaborative efforts with industry giants Apple and c2 circle, showcasing my ability to navigate partnerships and drive successful project outcomes.

During my tenure at eBay Germany through Pioneer Communications as an AWF Project Manager in the Trading Team, my role revolved around responsibilities such as strategic coupon planning, meticulous evaluation and budgeting of coupons and campaigns, and facilitating internal communication with various verticals.

- Classic Project Management
- Intern and extern communication with Stakeholders
