I work where vision needs to become executable.
Over the past 20 years, I've helped organisations translate strategy into disciplined, predictable delivery — in public institutions, regulated industries, and distributed tech environments. My work sits at the intersection of strategic intent and operational reality: shaping PMO structures, strengthening portfolio and program management practices, and turning direction into structured progress across complex initiatives.
I bring a broad toolbox — governance models, OKR frameworks, delivery cadences, vendor management and outsourcing pipelines, RFI/RFP processes, release readiness standards, Agile and hybrid delivery models. But frameworks only matter when they fit the context. Before introducing structure, I read the weak signals: where is friction building? what level of delivery governance will help rather than slow things down? what do the resource constraints actually allow?
My scope typically covers PMO creation and evolution, portfolio governance and decision paths, cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data and Operations, and third-party delivery models designed to remain coherent as organisations grow. I care about stakeholder onboarding, executive reporting clarity and realistic capacity planning more than methodological purity. The goal is not to install a process — it's to reduce noise, make trade-offs explicit and give leaders a clearer view of what is achievable.
I'm comfortable operating close to senior leadership while staying hands-on with teams and day-to-day delivery management. I tend to influence through clarity, consistency and follow-through rather than formal authority. I aim to build systems where strategy is grounded, decisions are transparent and teams can execute with confidence.
Still learning. Still building.
