About Roman Rodomansky

COO & Co-Founder at Ralabs

One of the co-founders of the IT service consulting company Ralabs, which my friend and partner and I started back in 2016, both being developers. At 2023 our team consisted of 100 full-time professionals and many part-time contractors. I recommend reading my article on HBR https://hbr.org/2023/07/a-cofounder-of-ralabs-on-leading-a-ukrainian-start-up-through-a-year-of-war, where I talked about the challenges of running a business during instability and uncertainty times (covid, economic recession, power outages, and etc).

During our meeting, we can discuss business or technical topics and come up with some solutions for your request.

Usually, after the first call, there are questions or additional topics that arise, so I always offer a second call (free of charge) to address any open questions.

I'll be glad to share my experience in:

Different stages of creating a software company (service business, outsourcing, startup, or consulting).

Strategy and strategic planning for business development.

Operational tasks within departments (Business Development, Human Resources, Recruitment, etc.) or cross-departmental aspects (KPI/Metrics, team performance, etc.).

Validating your idea or generating business ideas.

What mentees say

β€œWe had an amazing conversation with Roman. He dived deep into my question and helped me outline key problems of my existing situation and find potential ways to improve the situation. He's an extremely experienced founder and has lots of relevant experience which I can use for my company now. Hope we can arrange extra sessions in the future to continue our conversation. Thanks, Roman!”
