• Led the planning and implementation of JVS TV for the state assembly of Jharkhand, integrating live YouTube content across three apps
• Managed a digital publication portal for the in-house media team, enhancing their reach and engagement

Founding designer for a leading SaaS business communication app for small businesses.

Responsibilities: Create research plans, conduct user interviews and qualitative usability testing. Diagram workflows, design sketches, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with the agile software-development team. Present user insights to stakeholders.

• Increased conversion rate by 28% for the new users by improving onboarding using qualitative interviews and secondary research

• Delivered 35 prioritized UX recommendations to the executive team using heuristic evaluation, perception tests and interviews

• Led the UI/UX effort using Agile to develop product design sprints, heuristic evaluation and SUS metrics working with internal stakeholders and customers to incorporate feedback into the system

• Shipped 3 builds across Web, iOS and Android in a timeframe of 2.5 months working closely with the Founder (CEO) & Engineering Lead using rapid prototyping and UX design patterns

• Designed a new brand book & design system after a rebranding exercise collaborating with an external design team and adopting the new design language across Web & Mobile versions

Einsights was founded in 2012 to build a Business Intelligence solution that provides cross-functional insights to corporates through a revolutionary user interface. Headquartered in Singapore, Einsights provides a full-stack analytics solution to businesses of all sizes.

As a founding team member, I designed and helped market the product from early prototypes to MVP. Was instrumental in shipping the final user interface, NLP and ML-powered query interface and data analytics dashboards with user actionable insights.

A boutique full-service design agency creating innovative digital experiences.

Key accounts: Apollo Hospitals, CII, MOL Singapore, Godfrey Phillips India

Responsibilities: Led the design practice catering to brand development, website traffic growth, website UI and advertising revenue. Developed brand strategy including business plan and sales strategy in close coordination with my team.

As part of our community outreach initiative, we helped non-profits garner the true potential of web technology and helped them transition from legacy systems into a more robust Web 2.0 technology stack.

Raconteur Media is a digital media agency with a storytelling DNA at its core. The range of offerings includes both ATL and BTL services woven around a 360-degree brand lifecycle. 

Key accounts: Ministry of Finance (NIFM), DARCL, Sangeet Audio, HERO Motor corp.  

Responsibilities: Supervise the IT team with projects on Web development, graphics, animation design and Search Engine Optimization. Instrumental in implementing Content Management Systems by need-based analysis of the clients. Established the Web services unit as a core SBU and a profit centre for the firm.

Joined Daksh e-Services, essentially a digital age startup, at the nascent stage of India's foray into a knowledge services ecosystem. Daksh was later acquired by IBM. 

The stint at IBM Global Process Services included working for one of the biggest e-commerce companies in the world and its various subsidiaries. As young professionals, we were trained by a group of world-class mentors to see business from a customer-centric view. The key learning of the tenure included strict adherence to global quality metrics, COPC process certifications and the opportunity to work with some of the most talented KPO professionals at the turn of the century.
