With over 15 years of experience, I'm led successful initiatives and teams across a various of large organizations and small start-ups, form factors (i.e., mobile, web, IoT, service design, physical), across a variety of diverse industries. This multi-faceted experience has enabled me to experience and work through a variety of challenges. I've led and built small and large teams as well so I have experience leading through change, gaining buy-in, crafting vision and strategy, and working through challenges and conflict. My main strength areas are research, alignment & storytelling artifacts, workshops, and product design strategy. I'm always happen to talk and share any valuable guidance!
