About Roos Voorend
Freelance UX Researcher and Designer at ING
I'm a freelance UX researcher with 10+ years of experience. I started my career as a data scientist working in marketing and after a few years I pivoted into UX. This year I made the switch to work as a freelancer.
Right now I'm on a project at ING, working on creating internal platforms to make it easier to find, share and use data. Before that I led UX research at a meal subscription service where I worked both on customer facing platforms and internal platforms for distribution and logistics.
I’m happy to chat and provide guidance on pivoting into UX research from another field, advise on managing stakeholders or help optimize your research portfolio.
