About Roshan Tamil Sellvan
Co-Founder & CTO at AdvisoryAI
Hi, I’m Roshan. I’m a CTO and AI specialist with 12+ years of experience building high-impact products across startups and scaleups. My expertise spans artificial intelligence, machine learning, and technical product management — with a strong focus on scalable back-end systems, ML infrastructure, and security architecture.
I’ve successfully exited two startups and am currently building my third venture in London. I hold a Master’s degree in Machine Learning from MIT and contributed to the early design of Google’s Transformer architecture — foundational to today’s generative AI.
Beyond engineering, I’m passionate about mentoring teams and leading workshops on generative AI, natural language processing, and systems design. I love tackling complex product challenges and transforming ambitious ideas into reality.
