Drove the design and development of both the Stock Shock web app and physical board game, delivering fleshed out UX and UI 2 months ahead of schedule. Managed and directed a talented team of artists to create stunning visuals and assets that can be repurposed over the next 1.5 years. Conducted extensive user research and prioritized features for smooth product roadmap execution.

Enhanced the experience for the LumiQ listening platform on Android, iOS and web across Canadian and US markets garnering a 30% upswing in NPS scores. Orchestrated design department operations via design thinking. Saved 50k in payroll for a year by solely maintaining the design system, visual identity, roadmap, and tracking future changes in the product line. Mentored a junior designer. Worked with a variety of stakeholders including the CEO, CRO, CTO, VP of Product, and Head of Content as well as end users to create seamless experiences.

Produced high quality designs for a variety e-commerce companies in an agency setting. Garnered NPS scores averaging roughly 25. This required close collaboration between multiple stakeholders and engineering. In this role I learned a lot about flexibility, working in a fast pace, and pivoting to meet client expectations.
