About Ruben Rohde

Design Director at worktogether

Hi, I’m a design leader with years of experience turning ideas into products people love. I’ve led global teams of all sizes, and I know how to create a strong sense of collaboration and belonging. I’ve helped companies figure out what makes them unique and turn that into award-winning products.

As an immigrant, I’ve learned how to adapt, overcome challenges, and build connections in the U.S., and I love sharing those lessons with others. Whether it’s helping you set clear goals, focus your efforts, or tackle tough decisions, I’m here to support you. I’m passionate about mentoring and helping people do their best work, no matter the challenges they face.
