Following my departure from the role of Head of Design at Feedloop, I had the opportunity to collaborate as Feedloop's subcontractor on a joint project between Feedloop and Accenture Singapore. This project involved designing an asset management platform for AI and machine learning technologies. Due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), I am unable to provide further details about the project's specifics.

• Elevated product consistency and user experience by standardizing design outputs and processes
across two Feedloop products (Feedloop QORE and Feedloop CXP) and 50+ client projects.
• Established new organizational structures, including the addition of the Communication Design
Team, and defined designers’ career paths.
• Led and expanded the team from 4 to 8 full-time members and several interns.
• Managed the Design Team’s people aspects, including skill development, resource planning, and
career planning through counseling, coaching, and mentoring.

• Established the foundation, organization, and processes for the UI/UX Design Team.
• Played a key role in developing Feedloop's unified identity and design system foundation with
1200+ UI components to reduce design time and improve efficiency.
• Collaborated closely with the Design Team on prototyping and iterating designs for three Feedloop
products: Kanvas, Qore, and AIXP.

I had the privilege of mentoring 18 students, mainly from the Asia Pacific region, in Design 101, Typo­graphy, and UI Design courses. My role involved providing assignment feedback and conducting 4 personalized mentoring sessions for each student via email and online messaging.

Freebbble showcases high-quality design freebies sourced from Dribbble.com. My role is to carefully select and curate those freebies. It receives 2,000-10,000 daily page views and has been featured by Smashing Magazine, Mashable, Hongkiat, Web Designer Depot, and many others.

Lieur Company is a web and brand design clinic based in Malang, Indonesia. We specialize in creating standards-compliant website templates, brand identities, interfaces, and illustrations. We also engage in fun side projects such as Freebbble.com and Boomkrak, and offer our products (some of them are under our pseudonyms) on design marketplaces like Creative Market and UI8.

Gravakadavra was the name of my personal studio before it got rebranded as Lieur Company. The studio offered a range of design services, including brand and identity design, editorial design, and website design for clients worldwide.
