Design career path

Working on software and hardware solutions that streamline processing operations for a virtual mail service.

Worked on a suite of AI-powered design tools, integrated into a Figma plugin, pushing the boundaries of modern product development:
• Owned the design process, leading product’s design through multiple stages and strategic pivots, while shaping high-level UX strategy and vision.
• Participated in 80+ product discovery and usability testing sessions with designers and managers from Microsoft, Siemens, Granola, and other tech leaders, as a part of our continuous discovery culture.
• Drove post-launch success within a product trio, securing 400+ initial users, decreasing the bounce rate of the main flow from 80% to 20%, and continuously contributing to our north star metrics growth.

Launched first products in an ambitious tech startup, Alchemist Accelerator graduate. Turned timid ideas and initial hypotheses into a fully functioning product, that came through 5+ releases and acquired its first customers, from individual developers to $1B+ revenue enterprises.

Effectively trained my students in both UX and UI fields. Leveled up my micro-management and team psychology skills. Maintained and consistently consulted students during their course-length projects.

Designed innovative user experiences and flows for leading in the entertainment industry company (50M+ applications users). Every app I'd worked on became a top-1 application in Europe's AppStore charts. Developed, maintained, and applied a complex design system for iOS and Android platforms and ASO assets.

Designed deep & complex and SaaS products with powerful flexibility. Optimized user journeys through usability studies, analytics research, and user interviews. Constantly lead user research sessions to gather insights for the product development process.

Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences for the Fin-tech product (Automated payments system).
Partner effectively with stakeholders and engineering team members to improve experiences for the product.
Develop and manage the visual frameworks and design patterns based on product needs. Organize research and product information into consistent user flows, interaction designs, interactive prototypes, visual design mocks, and specifications for a dev to build.

Design multiple organization websites, POS materials, and social media graphics. Started to flex my strengths — UX, building design systems, illustrating, designing icons, and visual design.

Build and scale production web applications on the frontend. Implement web designs through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
