About Rusmir Arnautovic
Owner at Brandiic™
With over 25 years of design leadership experience, I have shaped the creative direction of brands, mentored aspiring designers, and collaborated with industry leaders, all intending to create solutions that are not only visually compelling but also strategically relevant. I sculpt our company's creative narrative, ensuring it resonates across every department and aligns with our business ethos.
It's my passion to create excellence in design from the ground up, from crafting a holistic design roadmap to raising the bar on quality in all aspects of the design process. I also lead with a philosophy of nurturing and growth, handpicking top talent and endorsing continuous learning. Additionally, I champion design education in the broader community, co-authoring at Designdicate and winning the Figma Community Award for my educational resources.
