- Collaborating with a diverse team to handle an end-to-end design journey focused on improving the user journey and experience

Leading the design of the B2C and B2B SaaS Products ( a user web app, a health practitioners web app, and a USSD flow) for users to book and receive primary healthcare consultation at their homes which grew 10K+ daily users.

Collaborated with the Product managers to conduct customer discovery and user research sessions with over 300 users, resulting in 50% user satisfaction while designing and implementing A/B experiments for our product. This reduced the churn rate by 80% and improved the conversion rate by 50%.

Conducted user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability, all of which resulted in a 56% decrease in final-stage QA defects preceding product launch.

Created high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma. Also iterated the products actively based on real-time data analysis obtained from tools like Mixpanel, Looker, and Google Analytics, which led to the increase of user acquisition by 30% and monthly sign-up rates.
