As the Head of Division at Gizalab, I led strategic management across the Design, Research, Writing, and Project Management divisions. As a Design Principal at Bank BRI, I'm responsible for maintaining top-notch design standards for both BRImo and BRI Merchant applications. Leading the charge in crafting innovative features, I ensure our design principles are anchored in security, regulatory compliance, user convenience, and bolstering business outcomes. My role involves spearheading exploration initiatives aimed at enhancing user experiences while aligning with Bank BRI's strategic objectives.

Lead and manage design teams that deliver exceptional experiences for clients. Supervise, develop, and nurture designers, driving the team to utilize a user-centered approach to solve design challenges and support the client's design needs.

Leading the design process from concept to launch, including design thinkin workshop, ideation, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Also mentoring the design team providing feedback and guidance.

Presenting design work to stakeholders and collaborating with them to gather feedback and make improvements.

My responsibilities include design strategy activities to understand user needs & business opportunities, generate potential solutions, wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, concept sketches, create style guide, user interface design and interactive prototype.

Creating a style guide, establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Lead a small team to execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, collaborated with product managers and engineers
