What you can expect from me:

Honesty I believe that a mentor is someone who can tell you what you don't want to hear, and who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be. Therefore, you can expect me to be open, candid and authentic. * Multiperspectivity I believe the perspective of product management is shaped by an individual's experience under particular circumstances. I recognise that my past may not be relevant to your present situation. Therefore, you can expect me to be objective and unbiased by supporting you with multiple viewpoints. * Equality I believe my success is measured by the success of others. I want to help both of us become better versions of ourselves. Therefore, you can expect me to be an equal contributor with my time, presence, enthusiasm and good humour in our mentor-mentee relationship.
