Given that our M.Sc. Project Management programme is a large one with three intake a year, as a cohort lead in this programme, I work collaboratively with two other cohort leaders to plan and manage academic activities and events for our individual cohorts (Summer is my resposibility) and in collaboration with the larger UoN academic community.

Work as the lecturer in Business Systems and Operation Department; Faculty of Business and Law.

My team and I were responsible for evaluating, designing, and devising organizational systems, procedures, and processes. I also developed and regularly controlled the operational plans, company's budget, and OKRs. In addition, I actively participated in designing business plans, capital raise proposals, etc. . Moreover, I was responsible for preparing and presenting the company's performance report and the budget deviation reports, as well as the necessary reports to the board of directors and the company's general assembly.

In this project Dr. Amir hossein davoodian had held a project to develop business development strategy for Tejarat Bank. I also had been honored to work alongside him as project facilitator. We utilized winning strategy method during 3 working sessions. Each session had been held with participation of different group of sellected people (from middle range supervisors to board members and top managers). To get more effectiveness during the project, we'd held one session at bank office, and next two sessions in other places (since we need more collaboration from participants and to be more convenient in an informal situation). Concequently, we developed strategic initiatives, KPIs and activities for different units and departments. These plans and activities were followed by responsible teams throughout the Bank and there were regular progress evaluation and amendment plans to keep the momentum.

In NMS(Novel managing school) we deployed couching-ourselves method (which has been developed by proffessor Henry Mintzberg) for several companies such as HOSCO(Hormozgan Steel Company), Tipax, and so on.
During this process, I've had regular weekly meeting with one or two group of companies' middle managers or experts (each group is made up of at least 6 persons). In each meeting we've had discussions about coaching-ourseves modules (with the help of supplementary contents) and the managers have done some interactive tasks. We also have some reflection sessions to boost learning process.

Till October 2017 I worked as business events organizer. In that position I was supposed to carry out the following tasks in relation to other units and colleagues:
-Developing the related Processes, Procedures and Routines;
-Monitoring the related local, national and international events;
-Proposing and designing the necessary internal and external organizational events;
-Negotiation, Selection and Collaboration with related contractors;
-Planning the selected event, delegation of tasks, holding the related meetings and supervision to ensure performance quality;
-Providing and presenting performance reports.
During this time, I have fulfilled responsibilities for managing the Design, Construction and Administration of company's booth in four exhibitions: Int. Tehran Elecomp 2016, Int. Tehran E-Banking, JobExpo in Sharif Uni., Int. Tehran Elecomp 2017.
