Watermark is a product company that provides cloud-based educational software for assessment, accreditation, and e-portfolios to universities, colleges, and K-12 schools throughout the United States. 

-	Spearhead the setup of a Process Improvements Office in order to track and improve processes across the organization
-	Streamline processes across various stages including User research, Release Planning and Customer support
-	Plan and conduct training and development programs to newer teams (from mergers and acquisitions) aimed at transforming them into self-organizing centers of excellence, supported by tools and processes
-	Facilitate discussions around branching strategy and collaborate with DevOps to manage feature releases and hot fix deployments
-	Shape transformation across the product development life cycle while identifying and removing organizational impediments

As a member of the Watermark Software development Department, I work with Technology and Product teams to effectively manage end to end development across various modules of the product. Some of my responsibilities are:
- Organizing/facilitating Scrum ceremonies(i.e.standups,planning,retrospectives) for multiple project tracks and removing impediments by interacting with appropriate personnel, thereby ensuring that the teams are fully functional/productive
- Updating agile tracking systems to provide transparency on sprint backlogs and supporting the ProductOwner with grooming backlogs, using process tools such as CA Agile Central(Rally)
- Engaging internal stakeholders in critical discussions and helping them reach consensus 
- Orienting teams to work with agile techniques:User stories,ATDD,automated testing,continuous integration, and guiding teams to become self organized
- Partnering with Product and Development teams to set release appropriate timelines, ensuring successful rollout of products
- Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution at all levels of the organization in order to improve team productivity while promoting continuous improvement and helping teams understand retrospective outcomes/information radiation
- Facilitating discussions on fixing deployment issues, enabling close collaboration among all roles/functions(including both colocated & distributed teams) and ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery of projects
- Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress to management
- Communicating cross dependencies among teams and aligning these on timing

The Projects I deal with are ecommerce web development projects, involving magento and wordpress development. I handle both fixed cost projects and hourly projects. Some of my responsibilities are:
- Collaborating with the development team and the product owner to build effective solutions
- Removing impediments or road blocks to resolve issues on time and get the best out of team effort
