I’m an engineering leader with 16+ years of experience across software engineering, DevOps, technical program management, and people leadership. I currently lead teams at Amazon building large-scale retail systems involving ranking, experimentation, machine learning, and global platform development.

My career has moved through multiple stages, from support and systems engineering to DevOps, TPM, and engineering management, so I deeply understand what it feels like to grow through different roles, learn new expectations, and build confidence in unfamiliar territory. I’ve led large cross-functional programs, managed engineering teams, participated in hundreds of interview loops, and mentored engineers and leaders through career transitions.
