● Organize Idea Markets - A one hour session where UofT students (of all levels and faculties) are invited to pitch their various ideas and get peer feedback, network and potentially form teams

A part time run technology startup in the foodtech space. 
•  Built and launched two internet products – Mealmonk, a data analytics and CRM tool for restaurants to run customer retention programs and Littlebakefactory.com, an on-demand delivery service of bakery products.
•  Followed agile methodology and devised strategies to integrate product testing phase and marketing of Mealmonk to targeted businesses through free product trials and reduced product development time through quick implementation of suggestions; achieved early adopters prior to the launch of the full-fledged product.
•  Monitored and analyzed conversion rates and bounce rates, traffic generation from each channel, funnel flow and drop off rates, daily and on a weekly basis through Google Analytics.
•  Improved the User Interface and User Experience for both products through understanding user behavior and experience through heat maps; developed new features and functionalities through interviewing the users.
•  Managed the online, content and social media marketing and increased the web traffic for littlebakefactory.com through Google analytics and SEO optimization.
•  Managed content marketing and organized events to engage with customers and to drive traffic to the website

•       Lead team in collecting and analyzing data to frame a new automotive regulation pertaining to vehicular emissions and safety.
•	Developed innovation strategies for clients to gain competitive advantage in the highly saturated markets.
•	Assisted automotive OEMs to understand new regulations & directives while coordinating new product development, testing and validation and compliance.
•	Managed market research projects for automotive OEMs and provided insights through analyzing emerging trends and in-depth evaluation of customer feedback.
•	Planned activities for new customer acquisition and business development to achieve the company sales targets.
•	Organized 3 successful seminars on current market trends, Hybrid and Electric Vehicles and automotive technologies to drive automotive research and development activities and increase brand awareness.
