Hello! I’m Salah, and I bring over 28 years of rich and diverse experience in the HR field across Egypt and the GCC. I began my journey in Training & Development and gradually grew through various HR leadership roles. For the past 15 years, I’ve been serving as a Group CHRO in prominent organizations across Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
My career has been driven by a passion for people, culture, and strategy. I’ve led major transformations, M&As, and people centered initiatives that aligned HR with business growth. I hold a professional coaching certification by LCE Egypt under the mentorship of Ahmed El Aawar, an experience that deepened my commitment to enabling others to unlock their full potential.
