Giving effective feedback

We are a service-oriented company, and most of our Clients at Vardot are within the Education, Media/Journalism, or Non-Profit industries.

Due to the quantity and diversity of the projects that we implement per year, I gained a ton of experience in customizing our UI/UX Design to meet Client and project needs.

On a daily basis, I oversee the UX Research and Design services we are offering to each Client.

I help my Design team in breaking down requirements, setting research objectives, facilitating workshops and presenting solutions.

My absolute favorite practice in my career is implementing and optimizing processes and design operations to support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

I believe in "progress over perfection", meaning that small things go along way and there is always room to improve, whether in professional career or when it comes to the projects I am a part of.

As a UI/UX Designer, my role is to create immersive and user-friendly interfaces that elevate our clients' online presence and empower them to achieve their business objectives in the digital landscape.

I am responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business and user requirements and translate them into captivating and user-centered website interfaces and experiences. My primary objective is to create visually stunning websites aligned with our client's goal and catering to their target audience.

I developed and managed an email marketing strategy and was responsible for creating social media content for three quarters, maintaining this until the end of the year. I designed and executed Facebook and Instagram campaigns that were aligned with the operations team's objectives. Additionally, I stayed current with ongoing campaigns, overseeing necessary updates and adjustments. My role also included proofreading and copywriting blogs and articles to ensure high-quality content.

At Terkwaz Business Solutions, I took on several key responsibilities to represent the organization effectively.

I explored HubSpot CRM to automate data-entry processes and ensure a seamless sales experience. This involved maintaining an up-to-date deals pipeline, reflecting both past and forecasted sales activities, to standardize and optimize our processes.

In addition, I reviewed and proofread various communications, including emails, social media content, articles, and proposals, to ensure we presented Terkwaz in the best possible light across all channels. Bridging the gap between business and technical teams, I ensured a thorough understanding of leads' requirements before finalizing proposals. Additionally, I created and reviewed Buyer Personas and Ideal Customer Profiles to target and convert the right clients and prepared proposals aligned with our clients' project visions.
