Leading design for new verticals (non-restaurant) growth team focused on off-platform efforts.

Lead designer on the Personalization product team, focused on reimagining insurance shopping. Designed several personalized interventions for onboarding flow leading to a 54% increase in customer motivation to bundle insurance policies. Partnered closely with product, data, and research to present a vision and define an actionable strategy and roadmap.

Researched, ideated, designed, prototyped 8 end-to-end products within healthcare, e-commerce, fintech, real estate, and education.

Interviewed 20 participants in Dharavi, India and recorded the perceived challenges, influences, and motivations; barriers to adoption and issues faced in mobile wallet transactions. The findings of this study were interpreted to formulate design recommendations and guidelines for designers, useful to deploy meaningful propositions for the elderly population, thus aiming to facilitate a smooth transition to the digital vision of India.
