I've been in the UX Research industry since 2016, beginning my journey in Singapore, where I gained experience across the airline, telecom, fintech, and insurance sectors. Before transitioning into UX, I worked as an architect, which cultivated my passion for thoughtful design. As one of the first Jiva’s design team members, I established and expanded the research team, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn user insights into actionable business strategies.
In my current role at Jiva, an Agritech startup firm, I lead research efforts focused on smallholder farmers, developing research roadmaps, and mentoring a growing team. My global experience and deep understanding of diverse user bases have shaped my approach towards design research, with a strong emphasis on empathy and strategic impact.
