As the Design Leader at Lebara, I report directly to both the Head of Digital and the Brand Director and I am responsible for:

→ Establishing the vision and strategic direction for Product and Brand Design within Lebara's Digital Ecosystem.
→ Leading a global, multidisciplinary team comprised of Product Designers, Researchers, and Engineers.
→ Overseeing the implementation and optimisation of Lebara's digital platforms activities

→ Reporting directly to the Head of Digital, I collaborated with Product Management and Engineering team, providing Creative Direction and Design Leadership with a focus on transforming Lebara's platform into a cohesive, user-centric digital ecosystem.
→ Built and managed an international team of eight, including UX Designers, UI Designers, and UX Engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

→ Led the planning and execution of UX Design, UX Research, and CRO projects for enterprise, financial, no-profit, and membership organisations, reporting to Strategy Director.
→ Ran strategic initiatives, including workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product strategy reviews, aimed at supporting senior leadership stakeholders to achieve their business goals.

→ Led a diverse, cross-functional team of 6 comprising product designers, engineers, researchers, and marketers.

Led the planning and execution of design of high-impact campaigns (+300M viewers) for global retail brands.
