I have a special interest in mentoring introverts to help them build great portfolios, embrace the wonderful parts of being an introvert, and help them overcome fears around presenting and other sometimes challenging situations.
With over 15 years of design experience, I provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to designers and creative teams. With many more years of experience as an introvert and ambivert at work, I enjoy listening and asking questions to help me design with empathy for our users. I love digging into complex problems and exploring how mindset and behavior affect how we use products and services.
