Hey, I’m Sam, Lead Product Designer at Clinical Partners, where I’m building the design function from scratch for a private mental health provider specialising in ADHD and autism assessments. Over 12+ years I’ve designed across healthcare AI, fintech, and consumer products, including roles at Amazon, Lloyds Banking Group, and a healthtech startup where I led the redesign of a clinical transcription platform used by 1,500+ clinicians. I’ve worked in heavily regulated environments for most of my career, so I’m comfortable navigating complexity, compliance, and the messy reality of shipping products that actually matter. Right now I’m deep in discovery-led design, building research infrastructure, and figuring out how to shift organisations from feature-factory thinking toward genuine problem-solving.
