As a senior designer and strategist, I apply my skills and knowledge in business, service and product design to create and improve digital solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. I work with cross-functional teams to understand the business goals, user insights, and market trends, and to deliver user-centric and innovative designs that enhance the customer experience and the value proposition.

I have also been involved in service redesign projects, where I helped to transform and optimize existing services and processes, using design thinking and agile methodologies. Additionally, I am a design chapter lead and mentor, where I share my expertise and experience with aspiring designers and entrepreneurs, and support them in developing their ideas. My education background in architecture has given me a solid foundation in design principles, aesthetics, and problem-solving, which I leverage in my current role and domain.
