Contributing to the non-profit initiative to research and explore the  role  of design in economic development, tackling societal challenges to advance the understanding and use of design throughout the state.

While being a bridge between Product Management BU and  Engineering, working on design solutions for compliance vertical for one of the flagship network management products. Catering to the different enterprise product focus areas such as cx-cloud, analytics, config, network-security, next-gen firewalls, devices-images, wireless-maps, change and advisories related compliance aspects, along with the device insights driven intent-based networking needs and automation.

Key roles/responsibilities:

Plan and execute design strategies fat the module level that align with business goals and user needs.

Create service-flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes while leading design projects with team.

Collaborate with stakeholders including Product, Enggineering, Data teams and SME teams to integrate user experience into product development for smooth, user-friendly solutions.

Analyze market trends, industry updates, technology spikes,  gather user feedback, and use data to improve design across end-2-end experience for platforms.

Promote inclusive design, mentor young design-minds, and support diversity.

Develop strategic design materials and share them with teams.

Collaborate and provide support driving user-research and usability testing with experienced UXR team members to refine solutions

Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest trends to keep my and my teams designs current and relevant.

Worked closely with PM and stakeholders across the P&T Organization in defining the interaction design, the IA and the end-to-end  experience for Planner tool for Openshift.io.

Also contributed to developer experience and Che, cloud IDE integration. 

Also, contribute to Hypothesis-driven Development (HDD) Lifecycle POC to implement and improve effective design operations practices.

Closely worked with AT&T stakeholders and digital branding to collaborate to come up with the IA and interaction flows for the AOTS - the Omini-channel Ticketing Eco-System.  
Helped the client in coming up with Digital and mobile experience strategy and facilitated in Design Thinking to optimize the design driven problem solving.   
Participated in and helped in design validations.

As Senior Design lead at NXT, Samsung R&D, with the small team of interaction and visual designers contributed to the conceptualization of Tizen based Z-Series Budget smartphone for India. 

Also contributed to new product ideations and dip-stick studies in the strategic areas like Machine Learning, Intelligent Platforms/Eco-Systems for mobility devices.

As a Senior Designer, contributed to enterprise centric mobile apps roadmap and PoCs, namely DellWorld Event, Patient Management Mobile, BharatiAirtel Infratel  and BaWay Agri iOS.

Connected with with stakeholders for the requirement gathering and experience ideation for the applications for B2B oriented mobility solutions in healthcare, enterprise and agricultural domains.

As Interaction designer and prototying consultant, was responsible for understanding stakeholder requirements, solutioning and technology feasibility study for the development.  
Interaction design and prototyping for Rich Media. Proof-of-concepts and UI  & interactive development.
