°/ Led & managed a multidisciplinary team of creatives, designers, & developers to drive high-priority projects that significantly enhanced brand identity, aligned with cross-company and global objectives, and established scalable design standards.

°/ Established the experience design department and collaborated cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive omni-experience across various touchpoints, resulting in a more customer-centric initiative that improved engagement and satisfaction.
°/ Oversaw all CX efforts: redefining e2e journeys, CX metrics, championing the design and implementation of a loyalty program across six commercial brands, and leaving a lasting impact on designing new business line value proposition.

°/ As part of the ExCo team (Experience & Concept Design) for SDNLF22,), co-designed the conference concept, virtual experience, and activities, including workshops, talent hunting, debates, showcases, and young talks, while managing key executive tasks throughout the event.

°/ Built the first product design team. Advocating the importance of design thinking & customer-centricity in developing meaningful services by running workshops, initiating design in digital transformation, and Showcasing UX/UI as a key value proposition for ten top-performing products and services.
°/ Collaborated with stakeholders to integrate marketing, sales, and regulatory requirements into customer journey management, optimizing all touchpoints and channels, including CRM, online and offline shops, and self-services. 
°/ Redesigned and managed the digital product, turning around 2 years of no sales and achieving a 5x increase in sales.

°/ Designed and executed the interior design for Chilek™ local branches.
