With 19+ years of business development and sales leadership experience across APAC and the UK, I specialize in building high-performing teams, scaling new business functions, and driving go-to-market growth in fast-moving industries.

I currently lead Business Development for Teleperformance across Southeast Asia, where I partner with clients in BFSI, Retail, Tech, E-commerce, and Government to accelerate growth and transformation. My focus is on building local go-to-market strategies, strengthening domestic and international business units, and equipping my teams with the structure, tools, and discipline needed to consistently win in a competitive market.

Previously, I launched and scaled Samsung Ads in SEA, building the first dedicated sales team in the region and helping brands unlock the power of Connected TV (CTV) and ACR data. Prior to that, I spent 9 years at LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, where I led both Enterprise and New Business segments, managing multimillion-dollar revenue portfolios and driving record-breaking outcomes for global clients and agencies.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in coaching, empowerment, and inclusion. As an ICF ACC-certified coach with 250+ hours of practice, I enable sellers and executives alike to make their own decisions, unlock potential, and achieve sustainable growth. I value honesty, empathy, and transparency, and believe these qualities create teams that not only deliver results but thrive together.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of three, a lifelong sports enthusiast, and a golfer constantly chasing a better handicap.
