Involved in setting up a new high-calibre Creative Design Services team in Cairo, Casablanca and Mexico. Training the team in PowerPoint and other Adobe applications. These teams offer a wide range of Graphic Design services for our global clients. Services ranging from Corporate/Business presentations, day-to-day graphic design requirements for Marketing and other internal teams, Video Editing and Digital UI/UX projects to our clients across the globe.

BCG Design Studios is a global initiative by BCG to cater for its consulting teams with creative presentations and other advanced design services like 2D/3D Video, UI/UX, Customer Journeys, creating AR/VR experiences and Concept art/illustrations.
Managing 60+ creative minds who support global client base with design support. Delivering creative outputs in Print, Digital and Video. Participate in brainstorming activities for proposal cases as and when necessary, reviewing quality of the work being delivered. 
Working with a design studio heads across the globe and setting up systems and process in place for the betterment of design teams.
Responsible for creating an online Request Management System with ServiceNow as the backend. Develop global portfolio for BCG Design Studios from scratch with collaboration with other Design Studios across the globe. The tool was based on Service-Now platform and is now the lifeline for the entire Design Studio.

Creating professional design templates in InDesign and PowerPoint, related to client business. Setting up color palette for templates
Managing the job queue and assigning the requests to the designers
Reviewing quality of the designed material and giving my inputs on the design, and making it client ready
Getting up in call with the clients to understand the design requirement/negotiating the deadlines.
Creating Internal and External Emailers, Flyers, invites, image editing.
Creating Logos, Posters, Brochures, Proposal Documents, RFPs
Taking up training session for designers in Photoshop or other software and giving training tasks based on archived realtime request from client and providing feedback.

Formatting Presentations with Capgemini Brand Standard guidelines.
Designing Brochures, Sales Sheets, RFPs, Proposals, Executive Summary’s and other print related articles from scratch to final stage.
Reviewing quality of the deliverables and assuring that the project is ready for the final review of the client.

Designing Brochures, Advertisements, PowerPoint presentation and all kinds of Printing and designing materials as per Clients need.
Coordinating with the Client and the design team.
Creating Charts for PPT presentations and formatting it to Deloitte standards following Deloitte Brand guidelines.
