Project Test Lead - Pega BPM

•	Develop and Implement End to End Testing Process for the applications being built on top pf Pega Platform. Testing SPOC in Project meetings with Project management, Business Analyst and development teams to understand the project scope, requirements and business expectations.
•	Develop a test solution for the project including a test strategy, test plan, defect management and test environment needs.
•	Develop Agile Test Strategy - Test Scope, Test Types, Defect Management, Test Environment and Test Data needs. Guide Testing Team, interns, consultants on writing Test scenarios, Cases and Test Steps. Review Test cases and Test results with Product owner for each user story to ensure Test coverage and seek Approval.
•	Conduct and Perform Testing Play back sessions with PO and get Product Owner acceptance for all User Stories. Implement Defect guidelines and Prepare Defect Management approach and life cycle.
•	Lead and coordinate the Test Execution phases [Sanity, Functional, Integration Exploratory, UAT and Automation Testing] and support resources for technical and functional issues and clarifications.
•	Lead Defect Triage Meetings. Develop and Implement Integration Test approach through API’s and System Integration approach for Pega and Accolade Systems. Test API level integration through Postman tool and PegaAPI.  Develop Test Metrics to track and assess the testing progress against the project timeline, quality and efficiency.
•	Perform Automation feasibility analysis and identify areas to automate to reduce the manual testing efforts. Develop Automation Strategy to build Regression suits for Functional Regression, API Validations, Cross Browser Validation and Dev-ops Integration. Strong in Pega Case Management Life Cycle, Good Knowledge in Pega Tracer, Clipboard and Scenario Testing.Good Knowledge in PEGA Access groups.
