About Sanat Rath
Product Design Director at Meta
Hello! I'm Sanat Rath, a passionate design director based in San Francisco, where I enjoy life with my family and our playful 5-year-old husky, Moxy. With over eight years of experience at WhatsApp, I specialize in UX Design, Interaction Design, and UX Research, leading initiatives that range from developing our 0-1 business product to nurturing and growing talented design teams. My previous experience at Google further solidified my foundations in creating user-centered designs.
With a background in art and architecture, I love to infuse my work with creativity, whether it’s through whimsical illustrations or enchanting animations that enhance user experiences. As a mentor, I am here to guide you through the complexities of UX and Interaction Design, helping you tackle the challenges we face growing from an new IC to a Design Leader.
