About Sanchit Mahajan

Manager, Technical Consulting at Workato

Hello, I'm Sanchit and I have 14 years of experience in the integrations, product, professional services, and customer success space. In my current role, I manage a team of technical consultants, mentor and guide them through their career paths, work with cross-functional teams, and manage critical programs for the organisation. I have interviewed at least 200 candidates through the span of my career in a hiring manager, as well as a senior colleague capacity and that gives me a good understanding of what people look for in potential candidates.
