•       Built an Effort Estimation Model for Talent Engagement for India Geography
•	Designed, content created ,conceptualized a Middle level Women Manager program in TCS

	Drive performance management process, Promotions, Facilitate mentoring to associates on a quarterly/monthly basis. Ensure Compliance and facilitate performance management including KRA setting, assessment and feedback, handle anniversary reviews, promotions and rationalization all through the Talent management tools. Manage end to end Talent Management and Talent Engagement initiatives for about 1100 associates. 
	Partnered with TCS Research & Innovation team & built Innovation as a Culture in a Retail Project which was appreciated by the Customer CIO
	Created a Tool to profile associate’s capability for a specific Business challenge in a unit with headcount of 23K+

•	Reported to Business Head directly	
•	Arrive at projections for manpower across the unit based on estimated manpower cost, past trend, attrition trend and sales pipeline. 
•	US Visa planning wrt finalizing the list of associates for final visa processing for the succeeding financial year.
•	Identify high performing associates and manage their movement within the unit for key assignments and roles

•	Critical requirement staffing for a 23000 headcount testing horizontal for pan India and NON US geographies across 16 customer verticals 
•	Responsible for final preparation and submission of the unit’s annual and quarter wise workforce plans along with the unit head 
•	Arrive at projections for hiring laterals and trainees for the financial year based on the workforce plan and bench strength.
•	Owner for Overseas document auditing

•	Preparing workforce plan for the branch based on inputs from the RMG lead Requirement 
•	Fulfillment owner for 3 verticals pan India 
•	Handling staffing for Testing skill requirements in 78 Accounts across 13 customer verticals for Chennai location 
•	Pioneered the cross-skilling initiative & ensured 68% moved to billable role movements within a month
