Senior designer for PatientFi (California Fintech Company), my role is to guide the design team through the Product

Toptal is a North American company that offers design services to different types of companies around the world. Since I have worked as one of the experts in the UX/UI field, I have had the opportunity to lead several redesign processes, data visualization projects, research and strategy projects. Always related to the UX field.

Key Achievements:

• Lead ideation, concept exploration, digital strategy definition, and solution for platform for doctors in the health system, with a 150% improvement in conversion and a 46% increase in new clients
• Evaluated current branding, products and company details to create new style guides, and present alternative styles and dashboard designs.
• Creation of a data visualization platform for document tracking, which before the redesign had a bounce rate of 25%.

As a UX consultant I am in charge of establishing the guidelines of the research area, and working frameworks for the UX / UI team of Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

Key Achievements:

• Lead activities working collaboratively with, UX/UI design and business analysts areas, prototype and build digital service experiences and customer journeys.
• Explore user needs and validate existing assumptions through user research in the field by analyzing user journeys, workflows, multi-channel communications.
• Engage multiple stakeholders to re-imagine and re-frame new experiences and value propositions.
• Plan, design and deliver engaging co-creation activities and workshops.

Leading the customer experience area, working closely with the customer operations and product business area. My work ranges from the evaluation of new product features (business model canvas) through sketching, testing, development with the team of developers to the design of key performance indicators to define business requirements.

• Design of a new platform with a new business logic according to the needs of the financial industry.
• Creation of the UX - CX area in the organization and with it the corresponding flows and protocols
• Creation of a framework of elements and components based on Material UI

Interfaced with a diverse portfolio of clients to review business strategy and key performance indicators to define project requirements. Collected data from a variety of assessments and conducted in-depth competitor analysis to develop proposals for information architecture, wireframes, flow maps, content maps, and other key deliverables.

Guided end-to-end development of AI processes, verifying comprehensive implementation of functional principles throughout delivery of project. Implemented usability testing, workshops, and journey mapping to build various user testing tools.
