My passion and work is simply to make dreams real. Professionally, this means creating inspiring visions, actionable strategies, and empowered teams in the human experience design space. Personally, it means supporting all types of creatives to find their most rewarding, meaningful path in life. I have particular depth of expertise in research, vision & storytelling, strategy, experience design, workshops, hiring & team building, leadership, working in multi-disciplinary teams, and working in agencies and consultancies. I also love to talk about creativity, improvisation, music, writing, and photography - and dogs!
