I led design for Adobe’s first experience for cross cloud business customers across the globe to discover, buy, setup, manage and renew their subscriptions for creative, marketing and document cloud products and services.

Customer adoption grew 25% after successful launch in early 2017.

I was part of a small team that launched the world class PubMatic Analytics in late 2014. Brought AI and conversational search and Natural Language Processing (NLP) in to this analytics platform resulting in 400% reduction of time spent on gathering insights, forecasting data, campaign metrics, admin management and on-boarding for publishers and advertisers. We were first to launch unique capabilities for our customers like Smart Search, Report Builder and Competitive Benchmarking.

Publisher revenue grew by 25% and advertiser spend by a whopping 66% year over year.

It's Raining Ideas was a highly customer focussed company that provided product management, design and development of web and app experiences in healthcare, financial technology, e-commerce and travel. I ran product innovation, strategy, design and customer success teams globally and scaled the business in to a $2M valuation in 4 years.

As head of design and hands on leader, I defined the product vision, strategy and roadmap for PubMatic’s programmatic advertising platforms, improving user adoption from 10% to 75%. Completely revamped the Publisher and Demand Side platform with a customer first approach, making it highly effective for ad operations teams to create, manage and optimize their ad inventory and campaigns, and for buyers to gain maximum potential of their advertiser spend.

Built the design team to 15+ designers and researchers, and provided mentorship to junior UX designers, built a user panel as small business owners who provided quality product and usability feedback of our SEM/SEO platform.
