• Inspire and motivate the marketing team to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh and inventive visual work
• Uncover new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into campaigns on the homepage using microsite designs, and social media activations
• Management of a team of vendors which may include: Freelance Graphic Designers, social media agency, photographers, and more. Partner daily with Marketing Managers, Copy Writers, Business leads, Footwear, and Graphic Designers, 
• The visual direction of kswiss.com and all global websites where possible, and management of online marketing assets, including microsites, web banners, etc.
• Provide creative direction for K-Swiss in-store and tradeshow presence, create or direct assets for events as well as mockups before production
• Budgeting responsibilities including monetary negotiations with outside vendors, agencies and talent in concert with legal and HR

• Worked with the internal design and development department and our advertising agencies to come up with creative direction and stories to match our product to successfully create marketing assets for the brand's seasonal asset needs.

Develop, through the use of computer graphic systems, the designs, art, sketches and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media. Responsible for the design and production of sales and marketing collateral, this includes but is not limited to national trade show graphics, POP, premiums, special events, catalogs, packaging, advertising and other print creative. Also responsible for producing the photo and video digital assets needed within marketing, sales, and e-commerce multimedia communications

Photographed products for e-commerce, tradeshows, marketing and the official Holiday 2013 campaign. Filmed and directed videos to represent the brand in its marketing through Instagram and YouTube. Designed direct marketing sent out to the customer base via email.

Various responsibilities for concepts relating to nightclubs, nightclub marketing, social media and graphic design. I got promoted from Graphic Designer to Art Director in 2011. Worked on projects for Playboy, One Piece, Microsoft, Live Nation, Citroën, Rihanna, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, James Bond - Skyfall and Cirque Du Soir.

Event and talent hosting for the venue. Project coordination and planning promotion with the internal teams and executives.

Producing creative projects including but not limited to documentary films and series, multimedia projects, web design, photography for editorial and advertising, short film, and music videos.

While serving in the military for 9 months in Finland. I was chosen to work on several classified projects. Received a honorary award for my work with the Naval Academy of Finland.

Hosted events around the country and represented the company at the events. Organized contests and giveaways with the partnering brands including Acer, Creative, Logitech, Jimms and Microsoft.
