Hi, I'm Santiago! I'm a UX Researcher at Google with over 6 years of experience delivering high-impact product strategy.

Throughout my career, I have led qualitative and market research across global regions (including LATAM and APAC), translating complex user behaviors into actionable product decisions. My work spans from optimizing consumer-facing features for millions of users to delivering and integrating trust and privacy capabilities into Google's core infrastructure.

Armed with a Master's degree in HCI from Yonsei University (South Korea), I specialize in behavioral sciences and human ecology, helping cross-functional teams design complex systems for complex users (humans and agents).
