About Santiago Naranjo

Senior Experience Designer Consultant at ThoughtWorks

Hi there, I’m a Human-Centered Designer passionate about understanding people’s behavior, goals, and needs. Applying a Research-Driven Design Process + Experiment-Driven Product Development approach, I can create and orchestrate valuable experiences for clients and users according to business objectives that companies want to achieve.

When I was a kiddo, I had a natural fascination with understanding how things work. This natural curiosity leads me to frame, structure, and define problems, wicked problems, and well-defined problems, to get the right solutions.

I’ve been working as a UI Designer, UX Designer, and Service Designer for the last couple of years for diverse companies and industries.

Sessions with Santiago Naranjo

  • Mentorship Session (30 min): General mentorship

What mentees say

“I have had a short but very nutritious session, in which Santiago has shared with me real cases where he has applied the tools he has taught me. He has been very empathetic and has been able to solve my doubts in a concise way and with examples from his own work.”

Lorena Torres, Produc Designer at Colvin

“On-time! A quality always I aspire for and try to achieve in each and every project or task I get involved in. It was such a joy speaking with Santiago! He is truly inspiring and gave me actionable feedback regarding my portfolio beginners' syndrome that I could implement easily. In addition, He was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions.”

HEMANT KUMAR, Visual Designer at Rachna Sikki Hastkala Kendra

“I was set to meet with Santiago early in the morning, I was a bit nervous (I am always a little anxious meeting mentors! No idea why!) I grabbed my tea and got ready in front of my laptop. Logged in, waited. And waited. And waited some more! But no sign of Santiago. I was a bit relieved () but more disappointed. I marked him as a 'no-show' on ADP-List.”

Pallavi Deshpande, Product Research Intern at IT By Design
