I'm a nonprofit founder, strategist, and Cambridge-educated changemaker with 10+ years of international experience across the tech, nonprofit, and education sectors.
As the founder and Managing Director of Lilipad, I’ve built an award-winning nonprofit operating in 4 countries, focused on inclusive education and building resilience. Before that, I led strategy and operations for high-growth tech companies, collaborating with global teams and optimising performance both internally and for international clients.
My sweet spot is helping purpose-driven professionals and early-stage founders navigate messy middle moments: developing a strategy or roadmap, building efficient processes and partnerships, securing funding, and staying rooted in values without burning out. I bring both strategic clarity and real-world scrappiness. I feel particularly passionate about supporting diverse groups -women, people of color, and social impact leaders finding their voice.
