Hola! I’m Sara, a Product Manager from Barcelona, Spain. I’m passionate about human psychology, user experience and, of course, helping people thrive and finding a career that truly excites and motivates them.

I started my journey in Translation, Content and International SEO, learning how people interact with information across cultures. Over time, I transitioned into Product Management, combining that user-first perspective with strategy, problem-solving and a love for simplifying complex challenges.

Along the way, I’ve experienced burnout, lost passion for what I was doing and navigated major industry changes like the rise of AI. Those moments shaped me deeply and made me more empathetic toward others going through uncertainty or change.

Now, I mentor people navigating career transitions—especially those coming from fields where I spent years working, as well as other adjacent roles into Product. I know firsthand how intimidating a career shift can feel, and I focus on helping you uncover your transferable skills, build confidence and take actionable steps toward your goals.
