I head up the Design Research & Strategy practice in Dublin. We find actionable insights rooted in deep understanding of humans & technology.

The PA Dublin team (formerly Design Partners) designs landmark products, services and experiences with leading consumer, healtcare and professional brands. We're part of a larger global organisation of researchers, designers, engineers, scientists, strategists, technologists and consultants.

Design lead of EY's co-creation capability where we bring people together to solve complex challenges and ideate future possibilities, mixing facilitation, technology and environment (physical, virtual or hybrid). I applied multiple methodologies, including design thinking, creative problem solving, scan-focus-act, agile, human-centered design, helping teams to define which approach is best for a giving client need or innovation opportunity.

I led the Design Strategy & Research practice as part of Nexus team at the Dock (Accenture's R&D & Innovation center), working on multiple Accenture's Innovation Network initiatives and projects. Our main goal was to growth Accenture innovation capability, bringing the best of each location to a global scale.

As part of the Design Leadership team at Fjord the Dock-Accenture's multidisciplinary research and incubation hub-my work as a Design Lead included multiple areas such as Business Design, Service & Systems Design, Design research.

I worked with different teams, designers (Service Design, Visual Design, Data Viz, UX/UI, etc.), and people from other areas (Software engineering, Data Analytics, Commercial team, Research, etc.) to bring new products and services to life. We worked in a collaborative way, our design and innovation process involved multiple clients, stakeholders, subject matter experts and partners. We tackled broad complex challenges that often involved collaboration of multiple clients on a single project.

I led and supported projects at different stages, from design research, to solution design, to implementation. I applied a design-driven approach and Creative Problem Solving CPS methodology to propose new business solutions, leveraging human insights and group ideation to solve complex challenges. As business designer, I brought client and design teams perspectives together to ensure effective realisation of a strategic vision, and to create and launch new products and services.

I was one of 12 ESRs (Early Stage Researchers) studying Design Management across Europe. We investigated synergies between design and management, with a focus on bridging business and academia. 

As part of DESMA I focused my research on user-driven innovation and completed courses in the Executive PhD program of Polytechnic of Milan, Imperial College Business School- London, University of Gothenburg and Aalto University- Helsinki.  

DESMA is an Initial Training Network in the area of Design Management funded by the European Commission’s Marie Curie Actions (FP7). DESMA combines 4 leading universities, 4 leading design consultancies and 4 complementary product and service organizations in an unprecedented cross-disciplinary effort to understand how design can be exploited as a driver of innovation and competitiveness in Europe.

Future Concept Lab is a research institute and innovation consultancy. Services include coolhunting, trends analysis, applied research methodologies, future scenario development, training for innovation.

I supported multiple research projects where we used qualitative and quantitative approach to understand human behavior, generate insights and ultimate make strategic decisions. I also helped with Future Scenario design, trends spotting and updates of FCL main programs and offerings. I also delivered training on FCL methodologies to clients and other practitioners.

I managed OFFCORSS (www.offcorss.com), Colombian fashion brand for kids as it expanded across Latam. 

I co-developed and activated a 05 year business plan to introduce and growth the brand to the Mexican market. I supported business development and brand activation activities including training of sales assistance, building relationships with suppliers and retailers, finding retail spaces, promoting brand across different channels. 

I was responsible of marketing, visual merchandising and retail strategy for stores in Colombia and Mexico. 

I co-design and managed the brand presence at INTERMODA (intermoda.com.mx) fashion fair, including design of stands, fashion runways, catalogues, and overall brand communication strategy.

In-store exhibition strategies for different brands including Leonisa, GEF, Puntoblanco, OFFCORSS, Didetexco, Pat Primo, Finlandek, among others.
Commercial events and new store openings for Exito Group. 
Participation in fashion fairs including Colombiamoda Medellin, Circulo de la moda Bogota, Exposhow Cali.

Development of advertising campaigns supporting both graphic and industrial design for internal projects of the company for consumer products (e.g. glues, medicines) and services (e.g. hotels and tourism).

Product and graphic design, retail spaces and POP material for clients as BAT British American Tobacco, Coca Cola, SENA, Lina Sanchez, Amira Abultaif, Manpower and CD&I.
