Service Design Consultant at Freelance
I'm an empathetic designer and researcher originally from Spain, who loves connecting the dots to make sense of complexity and visualise it in an inclusive way. I work hard to creatively involve stakeholders and users in the design process, creating participatory and inclusive tools that engage even the most sceptic or hard to reach.

I have fifteen years experience in design, including a commercial design background in accessory design and graphic design. I hold a first class degree on product design from ELISAVA (Barcelona School of Design and Engineering) and a distinction on MA Industrial Design from Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts London).
