Currently, I'm leading the design, development, and implementation of learning to support two large-scale Realogy initiatives: RealSure and RealVitalize. Both learning programs have levels of program complexity that are challenging. My learning plan design is different for each product but each plan focuses on working with wide-scale cross-functional teams which involve Multiple Brands, Strategic Partners, Ops, Customer Support, Marketing and Communications, and UI/UX to drive program success. Sometimes it's not just stand-alone learning, it's looking at the program process and getting customer feedback to understand the learning that drives success.

My strength as a designer of learning is holistic thinking. I'm very focused on developing measurable outcomes that increase productivity and support business goals and also help the learner, in their work and in their life.

The use of games, videos, timelines, animations, galleries and other interactive elements were fully integrated into the content of courses. The most satisfying project I worked on while at eLearning was revising the base course template code to be clean, well marked and commented and based on a simple but flexible CSS structure.
