CareMessage is a B2B SaaS app that helps safety-net organizations communicate with underserved patients through texting. I work on the core app using prototypes, user flows, and mockups to design end-to-end experiences for our users. I consistently interface with customers to gather important feedback for product enhancements. Design lead for the Design System.

Led the design of 5 apps, including a B2B SaaS app, two ecommerce sites, a research database app, and a search tool. Used UX research methods such as usability testing, customer journey mapping, analytics, and surveys to help develop design strategies to improve usage and experience of products. Produced wireframes, high fidelity mockups, ran usability tests, and independently presented research and mockups to stakeholders.

Actively led and contributed to the new and evolving pattern library to help maintain consistency across numerous web apps within the organization. The documentation for the library included usability and accessibility guidelines.

Design of desktop & mobile UI, email marketing & development, visuals for campaigns and web advertisements. Development of visual identity graphics and UI for 7 web properties. Create HTML & CSS for marketing campaigns. Occasionally provide HTML & CSS snippets of designed graphics and widgets to development team.
