Responsible for the overall quality and success of  UX Research within FanDuel. Focused on increasing customer intelligence with the organisation. Working in a close partnership with design, product, engineering and organising the UX Research coverage. Focusing on personal and professional development of the research team. Working closely with other managers on patterns and processes across the company.

Remote research specialist working within the design team. Focusing on delivering user empathy within the company. Developing processes and procedures to make UX research fit within project time frames and budgets. Turning insights into actions and bringing the whole product development team along for the ride. Working with multidisciplinary agile teams to create a product for over 6 million registered users. During my time at FanDuel my main focus has been on the UX of growth.

Working in the visionary aircraft department, myself and the team were involved in aiding the completion of a project commissioned by a leading aircraft manufacturer. The project was set in the Asia-pacific region in 2035.

During my time here I further developed my user research, concept development, and visualisation skills.
