About Sarah Mostowich
Head of Innovation at NorthGuide
Hi, I'm Sarah and my specialty is innovation design/strategy. I help purpose-driven organizations in public and private sectors do good in the world by using customer insight, data, and global trends to build programs that drive meaningful change. I'm all about keeping things agile, iterating as we go to validate ideas early on, and cutting down on risks that come with launching new programs.
I've had the opportunity to work with big names like Health Canada, General Motors, Manulife, and the Canadian Armed Forces - building innovation strategy and then helping to deploy programs quickly.
Rooted in systems design engineering, I bring a holistic and user-centric lens to everything I do, always with an eye on the big picture. Now, I'm here to share the wealth of knowledge and insights I've picked up along the way.
I can help you with:
Developing and fine-tuning innovation strategies User-centred program design Portfolio and resume reviews Guiding agile and iterative development processes
